Mayor Mario Conte: Here at the Teatro Del Monaco you can breathe a fantastic air. Treviso wants to restart from the opera music that has always brought up the name of the city through
extraordinary performers. I am happy and excited: in these days, musical talents will perform for this competition that can become – and will surely be – an opportunity and a life experience. It is
also a great honor to have a commission composed of internationally renowned artists who will surely know how to enhance the best performers. Given the level of the participants, they will have a
very difficult task.
It promises to be a record edition for the 49th Toti Dal Monte, which thanks to the work of the Municipal Administration and the Stabile del Veneto has been reborn – comments Stefano
Canazza. – Among the novelties, in addition to the high number of competitors, also the Final Round that for the first time will take place with a symphony orchestra to accompany the
finalists. To enrich the evening, which for the first time after the closure of the theaters, will be open to the public, the presence of Eleonora Daniele, to whom I am grateful for having
accepted the invitation.
