THE COURSE

Where to start to really learn about arbitration? What are the elements you cannot disregard in order to become familiar with this tool?
We asked ourselves these questions, and the goal of the course is to provide you with the answers: five online meetings for a total duration of 20 hours of training, in which we will try to give you the keys to access the world of arbitration.

CAM ACADEMY

Not just theory: CAM has administered more than 3,000 arbitration proceedings over the years, building an experience and practice that has made it the reference in Italy for those who practice arbitration and an institution with an international scope. CAM Academy courses are the fruit of this experience and bring to the classroom the practice and cases from which to draw immediate insights for one’s own professional activity.

THE CAM ARBITRATION COUNCIL

An in-person meeting with the CAM Arbitration Council, the body that provides for the appointment and confirmation of arbitrators, is scheduled after the course is completed. We will discuss together trying to outline the current world of arbitration; reflect on the type of cases dealt with by the Council; and try to sketch the identikit of the arbitrator in order to understand how one comes to play this role.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

At the end of the course we will issue a certificate of participation to those who have attended at least 75% of the classes.

EDUCATIONAL CREDITS

The course is in the process of being accredited by the National Forensic Council. Updates will be posted on the CAM website.

MODE OF DELIVERY
The course is conducted online on the Zoom platform. Upon completion of the course, an in-person meeting is scheduled in Milan with the CAM Arbitration Council. Participation in this meeting is optional and does not affect the issuance of the certificate of attendance, nor the recognition of training credits.

COSTS
EARLY BIRD rate: Euro 350 +IVA (total Euro 427) VALID UNTIL FEBRUARY 9, 2024. After that date the course will be on sale at the standard rate of Euro 390 +IVA (total Euro 475.80).
Fees include: course participation, any course materials, certificate of attendance.

WAIVERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations must be communicated by February 26, 2024 by sending an e-mail to eventiadr@mi.camcom.it
There is no refund for cancellations after this date. CAM reserves the right to cancel the course. In that case, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
