From 2024, interoperability between Suap and other competent bodies will be intensified.
Venice – Marghera, 01/23/2024 | In 2023, Veneto was the first region in Italy in terms of the number of online SUAP practices managed, with a record 361,000 acts, placing it ahead of Lombardy with 285,000 practices and Puglia with 107,000 and confirming the trend of recent years. In our region, Impresainungiorno’s digital Sportelli Unici for Productive Activities have come to cover 90% of the territory and business needs.
These results were also achieved thanks to the awareness-raising action carried out by the chamber system and an intensive training program under the SME Convention co-financed by the Region and Unioncamere del Veneto, articulated in 13 meetings on an e-learning platform, organized by the Veneto Chambers of Commerce with the coordination of the regional Unioncamere and in collaboration with Infocamere. The course, aimed at SUAP operators, third-party entities and professionals, delved into the various technical aspects of the “scrivanie digitali” (digital desks) of Impresainungiorno, how to apply current regulations in the Sportelli Unici digitali and the relationship between SUAPs, municipalities and other public administrations.
Veneto is the flagship of the entire national chamber system for online SUAP management – comments Unioncamere del Veneto President Mario Pozza – The 2023 multidisciplinary training course, financed under the PMI agreement with the Veneto Region, is a unique experience that has reached truly important numbers, with more than 6,500 total users, 900 participants in webinars for professionals and businesses and an average of 400 participants in meetings for SUAPs and third-party entities. This is why the Veneto case has been indicated as a best practice to be imitated by Infocamere .
One of the topics covered in the webinars was the new technical interoperability specifications for communication and data transfer between SUAPs and all competent authorities involved in the procedures submitted by businesses. In fact, from 2024 to 2025, all SUAP desks will evolve into the SSU (Sistema degli Sportelli Unici) and will have to elevate their digitization standard to enable telematic exchange and direct data transfer between different entities and platforms, achieving full interoperability.
This is a fundamental step for an effective and efficient service to businesses and for the renewal of the Public Administration – Pozza stressed.
