Veronafiere has confirmed the dates for the 54th edition of Vinitaly, which will take place as scheduled from April 19 – 22, 2020.
On Coronavirus, CEO of Veronafiere Giovanni Mantovani:

under control so that we can duly organize the event representing the driving force for Italian wine in the world.”

The program’s rules are:

Attendees need to buy their own flight ticket (after approval).

Fiera Verona will reimburse the attendee with a maximum of 1,000 euros, based on the actual cost incurred for the flight. Reimbursement will be obtained
as EURO’s cash during the show.

Attendees will have to provide the flight ticket’s receipt indicating the actual cost incurred.

Daily access to Vinitaly

It will be mandatory to participate to a day of meetings with local companies (organized by Fiera Verona). Details about the day of mandatory meetings
will be communicated prior to the start of Vinitaly.

Attendees will be able to choose which exhibitors to visit during the other days of the show. Before purchasing the flight ticket, attendees must be
approved by Vinitaly.

Selected candidates will be contacted by the organization upon selection.

The selection process is based on a variety of factors, including securing professionals from different firms, cities and sectors.

Don’t forget your passport! The expiration date on the passport must more than 6 months after your departing day from the US. If it is less than 6
months, we highly recommend to renew your passport before leaving.

If you do not have an international plan set up on your phone already, we highly recommend contacting your phone provider before traveling to Italy. Most
