The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao has the pleasure to present: TRUE ITALIAN TASTE – Artisanal Flours Cooking Show by Giuliano Pediconi, a dedicated event within
the project TRUE ITALIAN TASTE part of the campaign The Extraordinary Italian Taste promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Assocamerestero
in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.
True Italian Taste is an initiative that aims to raise awareness on the benefits deriving from the use of authentic Italian DOP and IGP products and to increase their consumption in foreign
markets.
On September, Wednesday 18th, our guests will have the opportunity to attend to an exceptional Cooking Show regarding the fascinating world of the artisanal flours held by the master baker
Giuliano Pediconi.
Giuliano is an Italian baker with more than 35 years of experience during which not only he perfected his skills in bread and pastry-making, but he also had the opportunity to render his knowledge
teaching in several schools and doing consulting for prestigious restaurants and firms across the world.
The event will be open to media, food bloggers, nutritionists, consisting of a networking and refreshments tasting session.
