According to two University of California, Los Angeles researches that analysed expert ratings from Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Gault Millau, Gilbert Gaillard and Bettane
Desseauve, organic wines (tasted blind) deserve 4.1 to 6.2 points more. Of the 20 best wines in the world under $20 recommended in 2020 by Eric Asimov (New York Times), 9 are organic.
In the last 15 years, organic wine has gone from being a niche in the vast wine market to being the product that symbolises a precise drinking style, consolidated in habits and appreciated by wine
