The president of Unioncamere del Veneto, Mario Pozza, commented on the update of the Cooperation Agreement for the concession of the A4 Venice-Trieste, A23 Palmanova-Udine, A28
Portogruaro-Conegliano, A57 Tangenziale di Mestre for the share and A34 Villesse-Gorizia link: – This is certainly a positive sign that rewards the work of the Veneto Region and Friuli Venezia
Giulia and the ability of a territory to work as a team, but now it is necessary to move from bureaucracy to construction sites. The competitiveness of companies in this area, which is the
country’s locomotive, naturally depends on infrastructure.
President Pozza then focused on the Venice-Trieste section of the A4: – It is necessary to have a precise timetable to start the works, which are essential to put an end to the war
bulletin we have been witnessing in recent months, which has unfortunately led to a long trail of deaths. This infrastructure is fundamental because it is the gateway for businesses to the east and
it is unacceptable that there are almost daily inconveniences and queues. This is a factor that weighs on the competitiveness of our companies.
As Unioncamere Veneto, we have been stressing the importance of this route at a national level for some time, and the decision of CIPESS testifies to the attention of the
Government. Now we expect that there will be an acceleration and that the opening of the construction sites to make safe this stretch of motorway will be achieved quickly.
