Belluno 26 June 2021 – “AperiCeo”, the format created by the Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori di Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti (Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Belluno
Dolomites), is finally back, and it will be hosted by Marco Nocivelli, the current president and managing director of the Epta Italia Group, a multinational company specialising in commercial
refrigeration with a turnover of almost one billion euro and present in the Belluno area with the Epta-Costan plant in Limana, one of the symbols of the province’s manufacturing industry.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday 30 June at 6 p.m. in the courtyard of Palazzo Doglioni Dalmas.
We are returning to tell the stories of entrepreneurs and managers who have made a difference to our country and our region, important testimonials especially at a time like the present, which
must not only be about restarting but also about planning, says Marco Da Rin Zanco, president of the Young Entrepreneurs Group. In fact, new stimuli and new energy are also needed to
seize the opportunities of an economy which – despite too many uncertainties – has put the accelerator back on and which, at the same time, has changed profoundly as a result of the pandemic, from
new technologies to the very organisation of work.
With Mr Nocivelli, adds Da Rin Zanco, we will reaffirm the centrality of the mechanical sector in our province, its vocation, but above all the urgency of investing in training and
innovation, involving the new generations, who will have to be the real protagonists of this new complex but exciting phase.
Nocivelli began his professional adventure in France, where he was appointed director of the Vendôme production site of Cepem, a leading manufacturer of hobs.
After a solid experience in the other side of the Alps, in 2000, Nocivelli joined the family company as Managing Director of Costan, an Epta brand. From here, he held strategic roles in the
internationalisation of the entire Group, of which he became Managing Director in 2011 and Chairman in 2016.
Nocivelli‘s association activities are also intense: he was president of Assofoodtec (Italian Association of Manufacturers of Machinery, Plants and Equipment for Food Production, Processing
and Preservation) and Assocold (Italian Manufacturers of Refrigeration Technologies). Since 2019, he has been president of Anima Confindustria, the industrial trade organisation of the
Confindustria system that represents companies in the mechanical sector. The Federation is made up of thirty Associations and product groups and has more than a thousand member companies, among the
most qualified in their respective production sectors.
There are 25 places available.
