Assocamerestero and in particular to the focus on the cuisine of Veneto that the Italian-American Chamber of Commerce of New York, presided over by Alberto Milani, realized, which introduced
the radicchio of Castelfranco Veneto, the recipe of pasticcio, better known as lasagna.
