2021 is the year of Dante: on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of his death, many events are organised all over Italy and obviously also in Treviso. We have thought of guided tours that
will take you to get to know those places in Treviso that are connected to the Supreme Poet. The dates of the tours have also been scheduled, until next autumn, on Saturdays close to events linked
to Dante Alighieri. Here are the latest scheduled appointments:
Saturday 4 September, 3.00 p.m.
Saturday 18 September, 3.00 p.m.
Cost: 8 € full price, 6 € reduced (6-14 years) – Reservation required.
Sunday 5 September, 3 pm
Let yourself be guided “From door to door”, i.e. from Porta Ss. Quaranta to Porta San Tomaso accompanied by a Tourist Guide, and then continue “under the walls” with the operators of Treviso
Sotterranea who will take you on a tour of a section of the underground area. In this way you will have the chance to learn all about Treviso’s fortifications and enjoy a unique experience.
Appointments are every 1st Sunday of the month.
Cost: 13 € full price, 10 € reduced (6-14 years), includes both parts of the guided tour. Reservation compulsory. For insurance reasons, name, surname, date and place of birth will be requested at
the time of registration.
