Data, tendencies and critical points of the first nine months 2016 in Treviso

Summary of the crucial data:

In the first nine months of 2016, companies’ crises, in the strict sense, are decreasing, but 1000 enterprises are entering disbandment/closure procedures.

Strong export deceleration whose tendentialvariation slips to +1.4%, with the persistent credit dead weight.

Bank suffering does not seem to decrease, actually it reaches 3,8 Million Euro in the Treviso Province, associated with a serious reduce of bank loans in comparison to bank credits.

The crisis effects keep on affecting, in particular referring to the competitive selection.

Manufactory sector: 1/3 of the companies haspositive expectations; the majority has a “wait and see” attitude, 1 company on 5 is pessimist.

Long-term strategies, it means, over the specific cases, deep comprehension of how to continuously challenge everything.

The company’s roles change quickly than the job descriptions.

The educational qualifications are not good enough to access a job/profession, as it was in the past.

Companies that hire, often they find not only “lack of competencies”, but also much serious “lack of availability” to learn, to play complex roles.
