In light of the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been deemed prudent to protect the health and safety of our members, guests, and the organisers of the event.
We would like to thank all those who have shown support by purchasing a ticket. We wish to assure you that all tickets will be rolled over to the new date for the Business Excellence Awards. The
new date will be communicated as soon as we have clarity on a suitable date. We hope to move the BEA to the first quarter of the new year.

The Italcham Business Excellence Awards (BEA) 2021 will be held on the 2nd of December at the Residence of the Ambassador of Italy in pretoria.
The Italian-South African Chamber of Trade and Industries has been organizing this event annually since 1999 as a Charity Gala Dinner gathering up to 400 people in a single glorious
evening of celebration and esprit de corps. The BEA is a great opportunity for companies and attendees to build and increase their network, helping them to connect and integrate Italian
and South African economies, besides being an excellent springboard for exploring and investing in bilateral relations, as in line with the Chamber’s mission.
This year’s event will be at a reduced scale to accommodate ongoing Covid restrictions. Nevertheless, three categories will be awarded: Business Person of the Year, Business Enterprise of the
Year, and theLifetime Recognition Award.
Both the Business Person of the Year and the Business Enterprise of the Year were open to nominations from the public.
