The Loyalty to Work and Economic Progress Award Ceremony of the Treviso – Belluno|Dolomiti Chamber of Commerce took place on Monday, 28 November, at the Belluno headquarters in the Sala
Luciani. Guests were welcomed by a performance by the “Il Fischio” Ensemble of the “A. Steffani” Conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto. The proceedings were opened by the Italian national anthem,
the greetings from President Mario Pozza and the authorities, and the presentation of “GenerAZIONE2026”.

During his opening speech, President Pozza presented data on the economy of the Province of Belluno.

Hon. D’Incà with President Pozza, HE the Prefect of Belluno and the Province of Belluno awarded the companies.

At the ceremony, recognition was renewed for Italians abroad for their valour and how they represent Italy in the world. President Pozza and the authorities welcomed Eng. Paolo Sebben,
of Belluno parents, who lives and works in Switzerland. He founded and led a movement (openaxs – Open Access) that led Swiss cities to invest billions in fibre optic infrastructure as an
alternative to monopoly.

Large bandwidth at very low prices – Competitiveness for the country – Implementation and co-development with IBM of the First Internet of Things network for a City in Switzerland –
Development of telecommunications organisations and implementation of “Fibre To The Home” networks in Swiss cities (Zurich, Bern, St. Gallen, Lucerne….).
