Two months after the launch of the Temporary Allowance for Minor Children and in the current socio-economic situation related to the continuing pandemic emergency, it is more urgent than
ever to clarify the transitional benefit aimed at offering immediate support to families and self-employed workers who are not entitled to Assegno per il Nucleo Familiare (ANF).
In view of the expected introduction of the Assegno Unico Universale (Universal Single Allowance) and with the support of INPS data on applications submitted so far in the provinces of Treviso and
Belluno for the Assegno Temporaneo (Temporary Allowance), the current situation, prospects and opportunities of the measure aimed at all families and at recognising the value of children for the
community of today and for the future of the country will be illustrated. A strategic tool, that of the Single Allowance, to fight against denatality and to promote social and economic
sustainability and innovation in the territories.
