Rome, 24 July 2024 – The entrepreneur’s digital drawer – the web app of the Chamber of Commerce system used by over two million businessmen and women to access their company’s official documents – changes look and debuts in app form under the name impresa italia on the main stores with new functions and greater ease of use.
With impresa italia, every legal representative of a company can access, free of charge, the main documents of their company available in the Company Registry: the company’s business profile, in Italian and English, the deed of incorporation, and the latest annual financial statements deposited (for companies required to make such declarations). The app also makes it possible to monitor the status of the files sent to the Companies Register and the Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive (the SUAP) and to show the Certificate of Enrolment in the National Register of Environmental Managers.The app is available on the Apple, Android and Huawei stores as well as from the impresa.italia.it website and offers new functions to accompany the entrepreneur in the daily running of his company. For example, the possibility of making the payment of the annual Chamber of Commerce registration fee directly from your smartphone, easily and securely.
By 2024, the app will be enriched with additional features designed to make life easier for entrepreneurs. These include an innovative personalised notification service that will keep users up-to-date on events of relevance to the business, so that they do not risk missing opportunities or deadlines. In addition, it will be possible to check the situation of one’s company with respect to the main obligations required by the Chamber of Commerce. This service will allow you to check the health of your company, a fundamental prerequisite for gaining credibility and trust with customers, suppliers and partners.To access the service, a digital identity (SPID, CNS/CIE) is required, which can be obtained from the Chamber of Commerce (also online at id.infocamere.it), or by contacting one of the other operators accredited by the Digital Italy Agency.
