development on which the European Union aims, recalling that about 80 billion euro, of the total 209 of the Recovery Fund made available to Italy, will be allocated to interventions for the
so-called “Green deal”.
In this regard, the Report “Green Italy 2020” by Symbola Foundation – Unioncamere, shows that companies that have made investments in green and innovation in 2020 record better performance in
terms of turnover, employment impact, exports than companies that have not invested, similarly, the “green” companies show greater confidence in future expectations post Covid-19.
The finalist companies will be awarded a prize in four categories: 1) Best Management, 2) Best Product, 3) Best Process/Technology, 4) Best International Cooperation. There will also be a “Young
Entrepreneur Special Prize”, reserved for owners or managers of companies under 40 (already competing for one of the four categories), who have distinguished themselves for outstanding
