(Padua-Treviso – 02.07.2021) – Back in attendance at the Auditorium Fondazione Cassamarca in Treviso and live streaming, ComprenderexCambiare, Assindustria Venetocentro advanced
training cycle.
Take action! If not now when? is the title of the second appointment, on Tuesday 6 July, at 5 p.m. in the Auditorium in Piazza Istituzioni.
Assindustria Venetocentro President Leopoldo Destro will introduce the discussion with Alberto Felice De Toni, President of the CRUI Foundation, National Conference of Italian
University Rectors, Stefano Paleari, Professor of Public Management at the University of Bergamo, Carlo Nordio and Pierluigi Celli, President of Sensemakers. This will be
followed by speeches by Confindustria Vice-President Maria Cristina Piovesana and the President of the Veneto Region, Luca Zaia (in connection), and the contribution of Andrea
Cabrini, Director of Class-Cnbc. Alessandro Garofalo will animate the debate.
In presence and live online, the meeting offers an analysis of the problems and prospects of our country, taking its cue from the recent works published by Stefano Paleari (The undeclared
war – Why everything in Italy started before the Coronavirus and why it is not over yet) and Alberto Felice De Toni (Isomorphism of power, pivot of society).
A look at the current situation, at the uncertain exit from the pandemic, at the history of Italian delays, and at the future, with the proposal of the isomorphism of power, which also cuts across
knowledge, economics and organisations, as well as politics in the strict sense of the word.
We are gradually returning to ‘normality’, thanks to the vaccines and the sacrifices of so many months, – says the President of Assindustria Venetocentro, Leopoldo Destro, –
but the hope is that, alongside the sociality that we appreciate, we will also not return to the delays, slowness and lack of prospects that have long characterised our country. To give us and
our children a future, discontinuity is necessary in all areas, looking at new models that are more sustainable, efficient and inclusive. These are systems that cut across the economy, politics and
organisations, to enhance people and their collaboration. And the format of Comprendere x Cambiare, now in its eighth edition, has anticipated this new outlook, with the opportunity, as will also
be the case in the next meeting, to compare and ‘contaminate’ knowledge and professional paths to create an appropriate approach to the new times that are opening up.
