have made in driving Canada’s leadership in business, science, and culture.

2021 is a significant year for ICCO Canada and for its business community. This year marks the 60th anniversary since ICCO Canada was founded. Commemoration of this
historic event for the Italian-Canadian business community will provide an opportunity for all of us to reinvigorate the awareness of our mission.
John Ruffolo, one of Canada’s most well-known investors in the technology start-up scene, will be the keynote speaker of the virtual event. John is the Founder and
Managing Partner of Maverix Private Equity. John’s focus will be on guiding the strategy of the firm, Chair of the Investment Committee, and will be deeply involved with sourcing and
leading opportunities particularly within the technology industry.
