ISNART and Universitas Mercatorum – Telematic University of the Italian Chambers of Commerce have designed “Tourism Lab Academy”, the new online capacity building and refresher workshop aimed at all businesses in the tourism supply chain: hospitality, catering, tour operators and travel agencies.

The aim of the Academy, financed by the 2021-2022 Equalisation Fund, will be to contribute to the growth of business culture and the development and consolidation of new managerial approaches to be transferred to businesses in the tourism supply chain.
