特雷维索-贝卢诺与中国的经贸关系

中意双边贸易关系

2018年意大利对中国出口额为132亿欧元，占意大利出口总额的2.8%。2018年意大利对中国的货物出口下降了2.4%，而2017年货物出口增幅较大 （+22,0%，24亿欧元）。

2018年意大利对中国进口额为308亿欧元，占意大利进口总额的7.3%。 增幅较去年平均高出8.2%，而且2017年意大利进口额增幅也比较大（4.1%）。

威尼托大区与中国经济关系

2018年威尼托大区对中国的出口额为17亿欧元，占威尼托大区出口总额的2.7%。2017年威尼托大区对中国的出口额增加了6.3%，2018年的继续保持较为平稳的趋势。

以下是意大利对中国主要出口的商品：

第一大出口产品机械设备的出口量占出口总额的三分之一 （5.57亿欧元）。出口总额从2016年的1.1%增加到了2017年的8.0%。

第二大出口产品眼镜的出口额为2.05亿欧元，占出口总额的12.1% 。于2017年相比，出口总额下降3.5%，实际上2017年的增幅为14.2%。

第三大出口产品皮革制品的出口总额为9%，较2017年同比下降12.2%，而2017年的出口总额增幅为11.3%。

2018年威尼托从中国进口将近40亿欧元的货物占出口总额的8.2%。2017年的增幅为0.3%，而2018年的为3.7%。

特雷维索-贝卢诺与中国的经济关系

2018年特雷维索和贝卢诺省向中国的货物出口额为5.51亿欧元 （较2017年同比增长5.2%），占两省出口总额的3.2%。

按照出口总额的趋势，在所有意大利省的排名中，米兰省排名第一名，其次是都灵、维琴察、博洛尼亚，而特雷维索和贝卢诺省排第五名（5.51亿欧元）。

2017年的15.2%下降以后，特雷维索和贝卢诺省的进口总额将近为14亿欧元，较2017年同比2017年增加4.8%。

特雷维索与中国双边贸易关系

2018年特雷维索省向中国的货物出口为3.48亿欧元，占出口总额的2.6%。2018年进口总额的增幅为9.5%，而2017年的为2.6%。按照出口总额的趋势，在所有意大利省的排名中，特雷维索省排名第八名，中国市场是特雷维索省的第11大出口市场。

以下是意大利对中国主要出口的商品：

机械设备是特雷维索省最大的出口商品，占出口总额的35.6% （2016年占的50%多）。从2016到2017年对中国的出口下降以后（降幅为18.3%）， 较2017年同比2017，对中国的出口量下降6.3%。

家具产品出口占特雷维索省出口总额的18.6%。2018年的出口增幅为1.4%，而2017年的增加到30.8%。

家电产品出口额为2.2千万欧元 （增加4.5%，2017年的增幅为38.2%），而塑料、橡 胶产品的出口额为1.8千万欧元 （下降10.3%，2017年的增幅为26.8%）。

最后值得一提的是电气产品、医药品和其他电设备行业发展得很快。2018年电气产品、医药品出口总额为1400万欧元，比2017年增长了四倍，而其他电设备的出口总额为900万欧元，增加了57%。

从进口角度来看，2018年特雷维索省从中国买进10多亿欧元的货物 （占特雷维索省进口总额的15%），2017年的进口总额为0.7%。

按照进口总额的趋势，在所有意大利省的排名中，特雷维索省排名第5名，中国是特雷维索省最大进口来源国。

2018年家电进口额为1.96亿欧元，占进口总额的18.6%，较2017年同比增加0.9%。其次，服装产品(进口额为1.44亿欧元，增长2.6%)、机械设备（1.22亿欧元，下降0.3%）和鞋类（1.15亿欧元，下降6.0%）产品的出口占进口总额的10%多。

贝卢诺与中国经济关系

2018年贝卢诺省的出口额为2.03亿欧元，占出口总额的5.2%。同比去年出口总额下降1.4%， 而2017年的降幅为2.7%。按照出口总额的趋势，在所有意大利省的排名中，贝卢诺省排名第17名。贝卢诺省最大的出口市场是美国、法国、德国、英国、西班牙。中国是贝卢诺省第六大出口目的。

第一大出口产品眼镜的出口额为1.59亿欧元，占出口总额的78.5%。对中国的出口增长以后 （5.3%），较2017年同比减少7.2%。

第二大出口产品塑料、橡胶的出口额为2400万欧元，占出口总额的12%。2017年对中国的出口下降以后 （出口额的降幅为44.8%），贝卢诺省出口额的增长为64%。

第三大出口产品机械设备的出口额为560万欧元，2018年的出口总额是去年的两倍多（出口总额的增幅为115%）。

对中国的进口下降以后（出口额的降幅为35.4%），2018年贝卢诺省从中国进口的货物为3.09亿欧元，较2017年同比增加21.8%

按照进口总额的趋势，在所有意大利省的排名中，贝卢诺省排名第23名，中国是贝卢诺省最大进口来源国。2018年从中国第一大进口商品是眼镜产品（进口总额为2.20亿欧元，增幅为28.4%）和皮革产品（进口总额为3400万欧元，降幅为8.4%）。

ITALY – CHINA
In 2018 Italian exports towards China, amounting almost to 13,2 Billion Euros, they represent the 2,8% of the total Italian exports. They are decreasing in 2018 (-2,4%) whilst they
were strong increasing the previous year (+22,0%, +2,4 Billion Euros, in absolute values).
Referring to imports in 2018, Italy has purchased goods from China for a value amounting to 30,8 Billion Euros that represent the 7,3% of the total Italian import; imports are
decreasing in comparison to the previous year (+8,2%) and they were showing an increase also during 2017 (+4,1%).

VENETO – CHINA
Exports of Veneto towards China in 2018 amounted to almost 1,7 Billion Euros, representing the 2,7% pf the Venetian exports .
The volumes in 2018 are nearly stationary, whilst they were increasing during 2017 (+6,3%).
The most important product categories for Veneto were the following:

The first export category towards China is that of industrial machines (557 Million Euros), which is one third of the total export and is growing by +8,0% in comparison to 2017 whilst
it was nearly stationary in the previous year (+1,1%);

The second product category is that of eyewear (205 Million Euros), amounting to 12,1% and decreasing in comparison to 2017 (-3,5%) whilst it was double-digit growing in the previous
year (+14,2%);

To the third place is the leather tanning and processing sector, which absorbs almost the 9% of the total exports, but in sharp contraction in comparison to2017 (-12,2%), after the
growth occurred in the previous year (+11,3%).

In 2018 Veneto imported goods from China for a value of almost 4 Billion Euros, which represents the 8,2% of the total regional important, increasing in 2018 (+3,7%) and nearly
stationary in 2017 (+0,3%).

TREVISO-BELLUNO – CHINA
In 2018 the Provinces of Treviso and Belluno exported towards China goods for a value of 551 Million Euros (+5,2% in comparison to 2017), representing the 3,2% of the total export
of both Provinces. With reference to the Italian Provinces ranking, the total of the export volumes of Treviso and Belluno Provinces (551 Million Euros) places such territory at the fifth place in
Italy, after the Provinces of Milan, Torino, Vicenza and Bologna.
Referring to the imports, the volumes amount almost to 1,4 Billion Euros, increasing by +4,8% in comparison to the previous year after the sharp contraction in 2017 (-15,2%).

TREVISO – CHINA
The Province of Treviso exported towards China 348 Million Euros in 2018, 2,6% of the total export of the Province. The volumes are increasing both in 2018 (+9,5%) and in the
previous year (+2,6%).
Treviso is in eighth place of the Italian Provinces rank considering the export values towards China and the Chinese market represents the eleventh market for Treviso’s exports.
The most relevant product categories are the following:

The machinery sector (124 Million Euros) is in the first place of the values’ rank, representing the 35,6% of the export of the Province (they were more than 50% in 2016) and decreasing
in comparison to 2017 (-6,3%), after the further decrease between 2016 and 2017 (-18,3%);

The furniture sector (64,8 Million Euros), representing the 18,6% of Treviso’s exports, slightly increasing in comparison to the 2018 balance (+1,4%) after the sharp growth in the
previous year (+30,8%);

In third place, presenting similar values but opposite trends, the household appliances sector (22 Million Euro; +4,5%) and rubber and plastic products (18 Million; -10,3%);
both sectors, however, had a double-digit growth in the previous year (respectively +38,2% and +26,8%);

To highlight then, even if presenting less relevant volumes, the strong growth of the electrical sector, medical and measurement devices (14 Million: almost quadrupled values in
comparison to 2017) and other electrical devices (9 Million, +57%).

Referring to imports, to highlight that Treviso, in 2018, imported goods from China to the value of more than one Billion Euros (almost 15% of the total Treviso’s import), value
that is almost stationary in comparison to the previous year (+0,7%). In the Italian Provinces rank, Treviso is in fifth place for imports’ values, while the Chinese market represents the first
Country for imported goods.
The first product category is household appliances (196 Million Euros, +0,9% in comparison to 2017) representing 18,6% of the total imports. The apparel sector follows (144
Million, +2,6%), machinery sector (122 Million, -0,3%) and shoes sector (115 Million, -6,0%) representing respectively more than 10%.

BELLUNO – CHINA
In 2018 Belluno exported, in China, goods amounting 203 Million Euros representing 5,2% of the total Belluno’s export. The volumes are slightly decreasing in comparison to the
previous year (-1,4%) and to the trend during 2017 (-2,7%).
Belluno is in 17° place in the Italian Provinces rank, referring to exported goods values towards China, while the Chinese market represents the sixth market for Belluno’s exports following USA (1°
market), France, Germany, UK and Spain.
The first exported product category is eyewear (159 Million Euros), which represents the 78,5% of the Belluno’s exports towards China. It is nevertheless decreasing by -7,2% in comparison
to 2017, after the growth in the precious year (+5,3%).
In the second place is rubber and plastic products sector (24 Million Euros), representing almost the 12% of the total export, with sharp increasing volumes in comparison to the previous
year (+64%) after a decrease occurred during 2017 (-44,8%).
It is strongly increasing also the third product category, represented by machinery (5,6 Million Euros), with more than double volumes during 2018 (+115%).
In 2018 Belluno imported goods from China for a value amounting 309 Million Euros, increasing in comparison to the previous year (+21,8%) and after the decrease during 2017
(-35,4%).
In the Italian Provinces Rank Belluno is in 23° place considering the value of the imports from China and the Cinese market represents, as for Treviso, the most important import country. The most
relevant imported goods, during 2018, are those belonging to the eyewear sector (220 Million Euros, +28,4%) and the leather tanning and processing sector (34 Million
Euros, -8,4%).
