From Friday 18 to Sunday 20 November, the kermesse dedicated to the food of the gods “A World of Chocolate” will take place, an opportunity to admire, buy and enjoy chocolate
delicacies. Alongside the traditional delicacies, there will be novelties, specialities, as well as objects and creations of various shapes.
Eight companies will stand at Piazza Marconi with their products and cocoa derivatives. An opportunity to highlight the unique link between the chocolate proposals and the chocolatier who has
created them in compliance with processing protocols, grafting his creativity to enhance the raw material.
Also starring in the three-day event will be the students of the Istituto alberghiero G. Maffioli, who will demonstrate their skills in a specially prepared area.
The event has the merit of helping to educate the consumer to recognise the characteristics of good chocolate, non-serial processing, making him more aware and facilitating quality consumption,
as well as suggesting him to buy artisan, to discover the real enogastronomic “treasures” of our territory, directing him towards a sustainable choice that supports the so-called ‘short supply
chain’.
The event, now in its twenty-second edition, is organised by Confartigianato Imprese Marca Trevigiana and AsoloMontebelluna, with the patronage of the City of Montebelluna, and is realised thanks
to the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – Belluno and Ebav – the bilateral body for Veneto craftsmen.
