Monday 18 March Padua hosts “Veneto Tourism Day

Padua, 14/03/2024 | The climate is now considered a fundamental variable for tourism. According to a recent survey by Unioncamere del Veneto, in the third quarter of 2023 tourism enterprises in Veneto stated that climate change had an effect on the destination in which they operate and on their business.

In order to stimulate a shared reflection on the issue and invest in a new model of sustainable development, Unioncamere del Veneto, Isnart, the Veneto Region and the local Chambers of Commerce are organising the event ‘The climate has changed, you too. Veneto Tourism Day’, to be held on Monday 18 March 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Barco Teatro in Via Orto Botanico 12 – Padua.

During the event, an analysis report on tourism in Veneto by ISNART and the destination plan for the enhancement of the tourism destination “I borghi del Veneto” (the hamlets of Veneto) will be presented.
