The care and attention begin with the cultivation of the vines, which is eco-friendly: it prohibits the use of pesticides and herbicides and provides for the elimination of weeds through mowing and mechanical processing intra-row.
Particular attention is paid to the vinification phase, a delicate process in which experience and technological innovation contribute to the production of a healthy and genuine wine.
For this reason, since 2006, the company has been equipped with an innovative plant that allows the processing of wine masses in a sterile environment and thanks to which we have successfully achieved the production of Merlot without the use of sulfites.
