Giorgio Tenconi, Sole Director, brings with passion and competence a qualified eno-gastronomic experience, the result of his studies at the renowned Hotel School of Stresa, of his work in Italy and abroad, and of his achievement in 1979 of the diploma of Professional Sommelier.
Making good wine is a true vocation expressed by a continuous search for quality.
This search evolves naturally - in the acquisition within the boundaries of the Friuli Aquileia DOC geographical area of the best grapes and their subsequent vinification.
Here, the soils are predominantly clayey in nature with a sandy component that varies in percentage from area to area.
They originated over the millennia from alluvial phenomena, wresting from the hills above clay, sand and rich mineral debris of varying composition.
Climate and soil together, therefore, favour optimal vine development and ensure ideal conditions for the balance of the plant, the main factor for obtaining very high quality grapes.
