Description
Elio Zambon, who had always worked with refrigeration systems, founded Frigotecnica Zambon in 1974, opening the first workshop with a shop in Vittorio Veneto and starting to build the first ice-cream cabinets in the small workshop.
Four years later, having completed his studies, he was joined by his brother Guido; with his contribution, the workshop grew, making it necessary to employ new labour; the maintenance and repair service was combined with the sale of refrigeration equipment.
Significant growth in the '80s and '90s required the construction of new premises in the industrial area of Vittorio Veneto.
In 2002, the Zambon brothers decided to add a carpentry shop to make the furnishings themselves, hiring carpenters with proven experience and specialisation.
Today, the modern structure of 3500 square metres is divided into two plants.
The first plant houses the office area, a large exhibition area for the equipment and the important workshop/warehouse for assistance, maintenance and regeneration of the equipment.
The second plant is reserved for the design area and the innovative joinery for the production of customised furniture.
