Ibrido di Tea is a workshop specialising in gluten-free and intolerance cakes in general, created in 2013 by the passion and dedication of Manuela Pivato.
Every cake made is a unique piece that comes from the specific requests of the customer, who is involved in every stage of production, from the graphic sketch to the taste test.
Manuela Pivato studied the art of decoration in the UK and has been able to combine Anglo-Saxon tradition with fine Italian pastry art.
Her creations arise from the need to make available to intolerant people, products of high quality and at the same time capable of satisfying the palates of the widest range of consumers.
