Description
The Livinallongo del Col di Lana Dairy is the dairy consortium of us farmers operating in the municipality of Livinallongo del Col di Lana.
In our recently modernised dairy, safe and certified cheeses and dairy products are produced, making the most of the extraordinary peculiarities of mountain milk.
During the summer months the animals are at liberty in the high-altitude pastures, while during the winter months they are cared for and pampered in the stables to produce the milk that enables the production of our cheeses.
Malga Cherz is a consortium with the Livinallongo Dairy.
