Description
Since 1938 a social dairy cooperative, today an artisanal dairy located in the Treviso Pre-Alps at the foot of Mount Pizzoc.
Here the typical products of the Pre-Alps are worked, transformed and preserved to allow time, and in some cases even wood, to create those unique flavours that characterise our cheeses.
We produce: Moesin cheese, Montasio DOP, Grotta del Caglieron Cheese, fresh ricotta, caciotta.
