FONDO PLASTICO is a new cultural project which operates in the field of the best traditional and contemporary artistic craftsmanship.
FONDO PLASTICO takes its name from those eastern european shops which, in the 70’s, used to sell objects of artistic craftsmanship.
“FONDO” (“fondaco” in Venetian) is some sort of an archive or stock room.
The term “PLASTICO” is related to the manual work, to that passion which is capable of creating poetry by giving soul to each thing being created.
FONDO PLASTICO is a container for those realities, which find their specificity in the know-how, excellence, innovation and small-size production of craftsmanship products.
FONDO PLASTICO is a promoter of ideas and projects based on contemporary craftsmanship and self-produced Design, created with one objective: to spread the culture of its specific know-how.
