Since 1987, the best grapes of the area have given their fruit in the 20 hectares of the company.
It is precisely from the careful work in the vineyard that the quality of the wine is born: ripe and healthy grapes, thanks to the great quality of the manual work, the right plant density (about 6 thousand plants / hectare) and low yields, more or less one bottle per strain.
