Description
Our farm is located in Sant\'Eulalia, a small village at the foot of Monte Grappa.
Using products from our own farm, and from other local farms, we offer a fresh and genuine menu.
Our dishes, especially roast chicken and rabbit, snails with herbs and tripe alla parmigiana, are prepared following old family recipes.
First courses are strictly homemade, and include: Gnocchi stuffed with Morlacco cheese (one of our specialities), Tagliatelle with duck ragout, and Lasagne with seasonal vegetables/herbs.
In June we offer tasty recipes with \'Biso di Borso\', exclusive to the area.
