Description
The Latteria Lentiai (dairy) has a long tradition of activity in milk processing.
In recent years, thanks to contributions from the Veneto Region and the Comunità Montana Bellunese (now Unione Montana Valbelluna), it has been possible to carry out radical renovations to the dairy, both inside and out.
The complete replacement of machinery now makes it possible to have very modern boilers heated no longer by wood fire, but by steam.
In spite of all these improvements, the processing of milk and its products, today particularly sought after for their ancient and rare genuineness, remain unchanged.
