Dear valued members-our partners, friends and neighbors,

We hope you are staying healthy and safe during these unprecedented and challenging times.

We know you are dealing with uncertainty right now and you are working with your

companies and teams to adjust to these ever-evolving circumstances. I am reaching out to you today to assure you that the Italian American Chamber of Commerce – Midwest is still here for you. We
know the important role we play and are grateful for the trust you put in us for your needs.

We are continuing to work diligently to find ways we may support you, your business and subsequently, your employees. With Italy and the U.S. being two of the most highly impacted countries in the
world by COVID-19, we have had to postpone or suspend many of our initiatives and programs and make adjustments in our own offices to survive.

Even so, we are working with both our Italian communities and government and our local communities and governments to try to find ways to help our members survive these challenging times, while
hopefully becoming an even stronger community together in the process.

Though the way in which we fulfill our mission may look different moving forward, now, more than ever, we are committed to promoting, facilitating, and protecting trade relations between the United
States and Italy and to advancing the interests of our members through connections and interactions with like-minded businesses, government agencies, trade associations, and leading international
organizations.

On behalf of our entire team, we thank you again for your continued partnership. Italy and the Midwest are made up of strong, resilient people like you, so we are optimistic about the future.
