Notte Italiana 2023
Beijing , December 1st
Within the beautiful and elegant setting of the Park Hyatt Hotel in Beijing, the Italian business community in China gathered in large numbers to celebrate the end of 2023, finally free from the pandemic restrictions that had forced us to cancel the past three editions.
The evening was organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing and with the support of the Italian Embassy to P.R.C. and ENIT (National Tourism Agency).
More than 460 guests attended the event, including CICC members, Chinese friends and partners, and everyone involved in the Italian system in China. Many corporate sponsors and numerous company tables. This 2023 edition of Notte Italiana was appreciated by all, distinguished by style and elegance. A huge thanks to all the participants!
Business Roundtable on Energy Transition: the Italian Value Proposition

Hosted at the beautiful premises of EY Beijing, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce organised a business roundtable, conceived as a follow-up of the 2021 “Italy-China: Energy Transition” forum. This 2023 edition of the CICC business roundtable was aimed at discussing the Italian expertise and innovation in the path toward energy transition.
The generation of high attention in the audience (almost 70 participants) and the dynamic discussion among the speakers gave a clear signal of how important this topic is, and will be even more in the future
17th Assembly of Board Members in Beijing

On November 30, 2023, the Board Members of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce riunited at the Beijing offices for the 17th meeting of 2022-2024. The assembly, led by CICC Chairman Paolo Bazzoni, saw the extraordinary participation of Gianni Di Giovanni, President of ENI China and representative of the CCIC at the European Chamber of Commerce in China, who gave a broad overview of the recent activities conducted by the EUCCC.

On November 23rd, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has announced the results of the 5th edition of its CICC Report: 379 companies took part in the survey to give our network the most comprehensive insights into the business sentiment of Italian companies in China.
Important Notice: Visa-Fast Track for CICC Members
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform that the Embassy of Italy to the PRC, through the IVAC (Italian Visa Application Centers) services, made available a dedicated fast-track for visa application for CICC Members. Through the fast-track foreign staff employed by companies Members of the CICC can access a dedicated channel to book an appointment to present the Italian visa application at the IVAC service centers in China.
Shanghai Christmas Lunch, December 10th
On the 10th of December, an enchanting Christmas Lunch was held at the distinguished restaurant Eat ‘n Work, organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) in collaboration with the Federation of Italian Chefs in China (FIC). The venue, set in the breathtaking skyline of Shanghai, provides a picturesque backdrop for the festival season and, for this occasion, it hosted more than120 participants. The whole proceeds of the lucky draw and part of the ticket will be donated to a charitable organization: Our Learning House, and their project AHelping Hand Gansu. The event was a great success!
2023 Italian Community Christmas Lunch in Suzhou

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) hosted 2023 Italian Community Christmas Lunch at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou on December 3rd, 2023. Over 200 attendees, including members and guests from the broader community, gathered to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season.
The event provided a delightful opportunity for the Italian community to come together in a festive atmosphere.
CICC-Tongji Career Day in Shanghai
November 14th
On November 14th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) held the “CICC-Tongji Career Day” at Tongji University in Shanghai.
This event saw the participation of 37 hiring companies, over 120 job offers and more than 230 students and Job seekers.
The seminars were followed by one-to-one meetings between companies and candidates, where job seekers had the opportunity to interact and connect directly with HR representatives of the companies they were interested in, with a chance to show their CVs and get direct feedback.
