Join us on June 28 at 11 a.m. as Luca Bonardi and Cameron Taheri, Partners at KPMG LLP, will illustrate the APA program and its benefits in a practical and informative 40-minute virtual session.

Structuring cross-border arrangements and pricing inter-company transactions can be some of the most difficult issues for companies operating in Italy and the US, creating significant risks of prolonged disputes and double taxation. For multinational corporations with substantial business operations in both countries, the US-Italy Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) program allows taxpayers and both governments to agree up-front on the treatment of cross-border transactions, thereby avoiding double tax and costly audits.
