“The 5th Italian Cuisine Week in Thailand“

TICC Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to “The 5th Italian Cuisine Week in Thailand“, organized by The Embassy of Italy
in Bangkok in collaboration with ITA Italian Trade Agency.

This year, the Italian cuisine week in Thailand will be organized on the theme of “Piazza Delizioso” – Deliciousness Square. Visitors will experience the
charm of Italian food taste the genuine and unique Italian cuisine and purchase Italian products.

The area of the event will be divided in 3 zones: Plaza & Market with leading Italian restaurants and Italian ingredients/products on sale from importers/distributors, Town Square
featuring live music and other cultural event related to the Italian culture.

At Quartier Avenue on the G floor of The EmQuartier from 10.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs on 24 November 2020. Free entrance.

On November 27, 2020, within the global initiative of Italian cuisine in the world, the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) will create a masterclass on Tuscan food in Phuket
at the Kudo Italian Restaurant.

The event is expected to be attended by 40 Italian, Thai and International influencers and institutions, including the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Dr.
Federico Cardini and Honorary Consul General for the Italian Embassy in Phuket and Southern Regions on Thailand, Dr. Francesco
Pensato. Among the Thai companies invited, there will be journalists specializing in cuisine, Italian wines experts, and food service professionals and various
operators related to hotels and restaurants working on the island of Phuket and in southern Thailand.

The dinner includes a series of courses prepared with Italian products of Tuscan cuisine and Tuscan wines by the awarded Ospitalita’ Italiana chef, Mr. Massimo
Marcato. Among the main sponsors there will be representatives from EWTA, KCG, Italasia, Conserve Italia, Cirio, San Benedetto, and Toscano IGP.

At the event, the information will be given on the characteristics of the cuisine with Tuscan products and recipes that help highlight the typical regional cuisine offered.
The TICC will promote the True Italian Taste project on a national scale in order to combat Italian Sounding and educate the consumption of
genuine and certified made in Italy products.
