BANGKOK PREP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Bangkok Prep students celebrated their graduation among their families and friends on Thursday 7th July. Tana Pothikamjorn of Kasikorn LINE
was the guest speaker and presenter of diplomas to 83 Year 13 students from the Class of 2022.

This is the first year that the graduating students have had a collaborative input into selecting their graduation speaker. It is also the first time that the school
welcomes the new generation of the top executives to give a graduation speech. In the past, notable guest speakers have included; HE Abhisit Vejjajiva, the former
Prime minister of Thailand, Dr. Surin Pitsuwan, Former Secretary General of ASEAN and HE Brian Davidson former UK Ambassador to Thailand.

Graduates Attend Some of the Finest Universities in the World

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is respected around the world as one of the most rigorous high school diploma programmes.
Students select six IB courses at the end of 10th grade and work tirelessly for two years to sit the exams and wait with bated breath until results are posted in early
July.

The graduating class of 2022 was uniquely challenged to handle this trying curriculum entirely during the pandemic. They began their IBDP courses in August 2020 and spent
most of the following two years online or in a hybrid model of instruction.

IULM UNIVERSITY

New master’s degrees at IULM’s Rome campus

The academic programmes at IULM in Rome are enriched with seven new courses including Screenwriting, Digital Media Advertising, Fashion
Heritage and Sustainability Marketing and Communication.

The impetus that Rector Prof. Gianni Canova wanted to give to the Roman branch of IULM takes form with seven new
Master’s degrees that go alongside the pre-existing ones in Oriental Languages and
Cultures and Management of Artistic and Cultural Resources.
