How to Start Your Business - April 11, 2022
| Thanks to our partners at the Small Business Administration for co-organizing "How to Start Your Business," a practical workshop for aspiring entrepreneurs, on April 11. During the program, participants had the opportunity to learn more and ask questions about the following topics: how to develop an idea into a business, how to register a business, the pros and cons of each business structure (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, and LLC), explore employer responsibility and regulations for home-based businesses. |

True Italian Taste Master Class with All'Antico Vinaio - April 12, 2022
| Participants at our April 12 True Italian Taste Master Class were transported to Florence, home to the original location of standout sandwich shop All'Antico Vinaio. Together with guest chef Mattia Ceccarelli from All'Antico Vinaio's newly-opened New York City outpost, Jackie Rothong, Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi, led a culinary demonstration and tasting session highlighting a range of regionally sourced and produced PDO/PGI ingredients from Italy for a select group of NY-based food influencers and media personalities. Annual Membership Meeting - April 15, 2022 | The IACC held its Annual Membership Meeting on Friday, April 15. During the meeting, IACC leadership shared a summary of 2021 events and initiatives, reported on the year-end financial statements, and provided members with a look into upcoming projects for 2022. |

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Town Hall - April 20, 2022
| On April 20, the IACC hosted a town hall-style meeting to provide members and other interested parties with an informative look at its Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program, a cross-border exchange program which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in the United States. IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi shared a detailed program overview and answered the most common questions about application procedures and other practical aspects of the IACC’s EYE program. Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of taking part in an EYE exchange through first-hand testimonials from two successful entrepreneur/host company pairs.
