IACC True Italian Taste: focus on the cuisine of Veneto

President Pozza: They say that Italian cuisine is an act of love from Italy towards the health of people all over the world. A praise goes to the initiative "True Italian Taste" of Assocamerestero and in particular to the focus on the cuisine of Veneto that the Italian-American Chamber of Commerce of New York, presided over by Alberto Milani, realized, which introduced the radicchio of Castelfranco Veneto, the recipe of pasticcio, better known as lasagna.

Prosecco was also told about the history and customs of the families from Veneto. Most people liked the risotto with Prosecco by Mionetto.

Congratulations to the chefs, congratulations to the Italo-American Chamber, to President Alberto Milani, to General Secretary Federico Tozzi and to all the staff.
