The Firm has been operating in the field of tax and corporate consulting since 1976 in Milan and since 1990 in Conegliano.
Reported by "Il Sole 24 Ore - NordEst" as one of the main firms in the province of Treviso, we support our clients in operations of corporate reorganization, corporate restructuring, tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, business valuation and market positioning, generational succession of companies, "family office", trusts as well as ongoing consulting.
The structure is currently made up of fifteen people, six of whom are professionals registered as Certified Public Accountants and Auditors.
The Firm works in collaboration with a network of professionals able to ensure professional advice in legal, international, corporate, financial, personnel selection, to meet the needs of its customers.
