With the digital books online service, you can archive and store your company and accounting books in digital format, avoiding the need to stamp and certify them in advance. Online, you
entrust them to your Chamber of Commerce, which guarantees that they will be stored in accordance with regulations, that they will not be altered over time, and that privacy will be
respected.
We would like to show you how to do this, with a practical demonstration of the main functions: registering and activating your company, uploading books and sending them for storage.
You will also discover the new way of activating proxies: all you need is a digital signature, affixed by the legal representative, to delegate all operations to people he trusts.
The meeting is dedicated to companies and professionals.
