Srl was founded in 1992 and up from 1997 it started manufacturing the blast chiller, a revolutionary appliance in the professional kitchen, which had made its first appearance on the market just few years before.
The first market of reference was of course Italy, where the blast chillers were introduced with the trademark Sincold meeting immediately a wide appreciation thanks to their performances and reliability.
The products offer has been recently enriched by a new range of refrigerators and by a brand new product 2007: the bottles chiller.
