OMFA was founded in 1971 by Ballan Lidio together with his father, Emilio, as a company specialising in steel forging.
Hence the acronym OMFA (Officina Meccanica Fucinatura Acciai).
Since 1974, OMFA has increasingly specialised in hot forging of stainless steel, which is still the company's core business today.
A strong point, which has remained unchanged over the years, is family management.
Now in its third generation, OMFA INOX maintains its leadership style based on passion for hot metal stamping, precision and technical expertise, courtesy and helpfulness.
The experience gained and consolidated in the stainless steel and nickel alloy forging sector, combined with seriousness, has allowed us to grow over time, expand our boundaries, and open up to the international market, which today represents more than 50% of our turnover.
