My passion for sheep I don\'t even know exactly where it comes from, I am neither the son of shepherds nor of farmers, but since I was a child I have always been fascinated by the flocks that passed through the villages with the dogs and shepherds.
Today, I breed the Lacaune (French origin), it has a good milk quality and adapts very well to both grazing and being in the barn.
My sheep are reared in a semi-wild state: they remain in the pasture almost all year round and use shelters at night.
Their feed is supplemented with dry fodder that I produce myself and top-quality \'rough\' cereals such as maize, soya and barley.
