Azienda agricola Liliana is located 1,200 meters above sea level in an uncontaminated mountain environment on steep slopes framed by beech and fir forests and the beautiful Dolomites.
It arose from the idea of making genuine short supply chain products at high altitude.
The dual goal is to sustainably care for the land by grazing our animals, and to handcraft products that are naturally preservative-free, taking careful care of the entire supply chain from feed to the finished product, which is made in our small dairy.
