Oleotourism: ingredients for the sustainable development of the territory and UNESCO sites
The objective of the meeting is to present to operators in the oleotourism sector – thanks to the contribution of some leading figures on the local and national scene – some possible actions to be put in place to promote tourism with particular reference to the piedmont area.
Experts will discuss the theme of oil tourism, both as a resource for enhancing the piedmont area and UNESCO sites, with particular emphasis on environmental sustainability, and as a key ingredient in the Mediterranean diet.
