Italian cuisine is now a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
At the UNESCO Conference in #NewDelhi, our culture, traditions, tastes, flavors, and creativity, which make Italy unique in the world, received historic recognition.
President Mario Pozza congratulates everyone on this achievement, which promotes Italy’s agricultural heritage, Italian restaurateurs and Italian restaurants abroad, the supply chain, and those who work hard and with dedication to grow the produce that ends up in kitchens and on tables around the world.
On June 9, President Pozza recalls, in the presence of civil and military authorities and international delegations, in Piazza Borsa in Treviso, we cheered on the candidacy together with the Lepido Rocco School of Bakers, and now we applaud the great result of which we can be truly proud.
