PRESENTATION
The PID Office – Punto Impresa Digitale of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti, in collaboration with t2i – trasferimento tecnologico e innovazione scarl, is organizing a free, in-person practical workshop to allow participants to experiment with the use of artificial intelligence in automating business processes, without the need to write lines of code.
Using their own laptops, participants will build their own intelligent automations from scratch, integrating tools already in use within the company with AI models through the use of n8n, an open-source workflow automation platform.
The program is suitable for all levels, from those approaching the topic out of curiosity to those who already have experience in the field.
PROGRAM
14:00 Registration and welcoming
- Understanding business processes
Deconstruction of a process into its core elements: practical criteria to evaluate whether a process can be automated and to what extent. Concrete examples from real business contexts will be presented.
- AI in processes: when it makes sense
Overview of no-code tools for automation and the positioning of n8n; presentation of typical business use cases. Introduction to using n8n: interface and basic concepts: nodes, triggers, workflows. First guided exploration of the platform.
- Live demo
Building a complete workflow: from idea to a working process in just a few minutes.
- Practical workshop
Participants build their own workflow based on a real use case. Individual or small group work, with support from facilitators.
- Presentation of results
