3B SALGAREDA BORSE DI STUDIO Dicembre 2024

The 3B company in Salgareda once again renews its commitment to awarding scholarships to the children of its employees who have achieved strong academic results, from middle school to high school and even university (for example, a master’s degree with a score of at least 105/110 earns a scholarship of up to €2,000, with an additional €250 for honors).

In recent days, a ceremony was held at the company’s headquarters, attended by the General Manager, Luca Visentin; a representative of the Board of Directors and member of the founding family, Cav. Fabrizio Bergamo; the Mayor of Oderzo, Maria Scardellato; the Mayor of Ponte di Piave, Paola Roma; the Salgareda Municipal Councillor, Matteo Vidotto; Salgareda Municipal Councillors Martina Finotto and Michele Bagolin; the Territorial Coordinator for the Labor, Welfare, and Union Area of Confindustria Veneto Est, Andrea Zappia; and the Representative of the Territorial Union Organization Filca-Cisl, Roberto Martini.

Investing in young people and in the community is a fundamental value for 3B, –  stated Luca Visentin. We are deeply proud of these young people and their families, considering them an integral part of our larger group, which today counts 900 collaborators. We wish them continued dedication in their studies, achieving new milestones and preparing to enter the workforce. It is essential that they feel the support of a community that represents their roots and that they take advantage of the many opportunities offered by local businesses. Our doors will always remain open for them.

The scholarships for employees’ children were introduced through the innovative company contract signed in December 2022 by 3B and union representatives. This agreement also provides other important measures aimed at supporting family life, balancing work schedules, preventing discrimination, and improving overall corporate well-being.

3B has been active for over 55 years, establishing itself as an international leader in the production of furniture components and ready-to-assemble furniture. With approximately 900 employees, the company boasts an export share of 95% worldwide.

Here are the names of the young students who received scholarships: Alice Curaba, Teresa Dalla Pria, Rim El Ais, Jasmine Maffeo, Matteo Mori, Mario Scomparin, Federico Visentin, Daniele Vitalini, Giulia Ferrarese, Giulia Trevisiol, Gabriele Trevisiol, Lucrezia Giovanna Corò, Biagio Damo, Sara Furlan, Kevin Donè, and Giacomo Rosin.
