he Chamber of Commerce of Treviso-Belluno | Dolomiti, as part of the actions put in place through its PID – or Digital Enterprise Point, a service active since 2018, which is part of the network of Digital Enterprise Points established by the National Enterprise 4.0 Plan launched by the government to accompany businesses in their digital transformation, presents the new Call for Digital and Ecological Transition 2025, a strategic measure aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the territory, with the goal of supporting the adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable solutions.

1.3 million euros in non-repayable grants are available to businesses that want to invest in digitization, energy efficiency and green processes.

The initiative is part of the Chamber System’s actions to encourage the “double transition” required by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP), the Enterprise 4.0 Plan and the new Transition 5.0 Plan.

The Measures of the Call for Proposals

The call for proposals includes two lines of intervention:
– Measure 1: purchase of capital goods 4.0, hardware and software for digital innovation and energy saving.
– Measure 2: Digital and green consulting and training, including energy audits, energy community projects and energy manager training courses.

Businesses will be able to receive up to 50 percent of eligible expenses, with a ceiling of 40,000 euros per project. Applications can be submitted from May 21 to October 3, 2025, directly online through Infocamere’s Webtelemaco portal. In these early days, 14 projects have already been received, with total contributions requested amounting to € 447,759.68, an unmistakable sign of the great success of this edition as well.

The businesses of Treviso and Belluno are showing great sensitivity to the issues of innovation and sustainability, – emphasizes Chamber of Commerce President Mario Pozza. – With this call for proposals and all the services offered, we want to concretely accompany them on a path of growth, strengthening their competitiveness in the markets and contributing to the environmental well-being of the territory. We invest substantial resources every year, – Pozza continued, – we have arrived in 2024 at almost €2 million of promotional initiatives in favor of digitization and technological innovation, more than 40 percent of our total economic development interventions.

Moreover, the digital and ecological transition is one of the central challenges for Italy’s future, in line with the European objectives of the Green Deal and the Digital Decade.

The “TOP of the PID” award is an initiative organized and promoted by Unioncamere as part of the services offered by the “PID – Punti Impresa Digitale delle Camere di commercio”; the objective of the VII edition is to identify and give visibility to innovative initiatives and projects that allow better understanding the potential of the use of artificial intelligence and more generally 4.0 technologies by Italian MIMPs.

Initiatives and projects submitted by individual companies will be awarded in the following two areas:

  1. Innovative use cases: projects using existing AI and 4.0 tools in an unconventional way to develop new services or improve their efficiency and effectiveness;
  2. Innovative solutions: creation of tools and applications based on AI and 4.0 technologies, developed internally or with the support of public partners.

In addition, the main area of application of the proposed solution should be chosen from among the following four:

  • food processing;
  • manufacturing;
  • tourism;
  • other services.

 

Premiality
The winning companies will benefit from the following opportunities:

  • € 5,000 for first place in each area;
  • €2,500 for the runner-up in each area;
  • participation in the award ceremony at a national event;
  • visibility of the awarded initiative through the promotion of the social channel dedicated to the Prize;
  • publication of a video or video-interview on all the national social channels of the project, on the portal and on the Chamber of Commerce channels;
  • participation in business matching initiatives organised by the chamber system.
